The Interface
Defining where the Self ends and the World begins. The chemistry of contact.
I. The Boundary (Skin)
Touch is the only sense that confirms reality through collision. It turns electromagnetic resistance into the feeling of "Solidity." But this boundary does not separate us from nature; it connects us to it.
Skin Hunger
In the digital age, sensory deprivation increases Cortisol (Stress). The antidote is physical contact, which releases Oxytocin (Safety).
II. The Ecosystemic Loop
You are one giant sensor. Your survival depends on the Feedback Loop between your metabolism and the environment.
Adaptation
Example: When temperature drops, sensors alert the metabolism. The body adapts via shivering and blood flow regulation to maintain homeostasis (36.5°C).
We do not live on the earth; we live with it.

Fit for Life: A Blueprint for Thriving
Your skin defines where "You" begin and the "World" ends. To fully inhabit your Somatic Boundary, you must maintain the integrity of the vessel.
You cannot have a strong mind in a weak container. This blueprint provides the holistic approach to keeping your physical interface robust, capable, and Fit for Life.
