Master Enterprise Digital Licensing Agreement
Standard Terms for Organizational Access & Deployment across The Masterkey Series.
1. Ecosystem Jurisdiction & Parties
This Agreement governs the commercial licensing of digital educational architecture between Planeta Vida Ecosystem ("Licensor") and the corporate entity or department purchasing seat allocations ("Client"). All rights, intellectual property, and platform delivery reside exclusively with Planeta Vida.
2. Scope of Enterprise Deployment
Upon clearance of commercial invoice funds, Planeta Vida provisions secure digital credentials for Client personnel to access The Masterkey Series (Volumes 01 through 04). Specific allocations (10+ seats) are determined by the formal proposal and executed PO/invoice.
3. Financial Mechanics & Wire Transfer
Invoices are issued in the currency selected during quotation (USD, EUR, GBP, or ZAR). Access is provisioned upon verification of bank wire transfer or credit card clearance. Subscriptions and annual allocations are non-refundable once digital credentials have been issued.
4. Intellectual Property Sovereignty
All video architecture, audio files, PDF manuals, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive Intellectual Property of Planeta Vida, protected by international copyright law. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly for internal professional development. Unauthorized external distribution or duplication is strictly prohibited.
5. Data Privacy & Anonymity
Personnel data processed during LMS access adheres to strict global data protection protocols (including GDPR and POPIA). Organizational reporting provided to Client directors will be aggregated and anonymized to preserve psychological safety.
